Most of the time probate properties are sold in their current condition without the means to improve the property to get a higher selling price. The Results Group has a Probate Team in place to help you maximize the home’s value. Our team is in place to manage and oversee all repairs. Home repairs and upgrades include but are not limited to:

Our Probate Team has dealt with lots of cleanup projects for our clients. As apart of our service, our Probate Team will assess the home on a case by case basis and determine the best solution for the Cleanup & Cleanout.
Personal Property Cataloging
Managing personal property and cataloging the inventory of items is a very important task. More often than less the estate is not fully aware what is in the home. Our Probate Team will sort through the items and present a detailed list of the belongings. We will arrange for storage or of important personal items. We work with local charities to set up donations of unwanted belongings. We make our best efforts to keep items out of the landfills.

We offer a number of solutions to try and avoid the Eviction process and in circumstances that will results in an Eviction, you can rest easy knowing that it will be handled by a Law Firm that has streamlined the Eviction process. We handle serving various types of Notices to the final lockout and even handle the lockout with the Sheriff.

Vacant properties can be a hot spot for crime. None the less, we will always monitor the property with check ins. There are various ways our Probate Team will deter unwanted guests from entering the property. Some properties require us to do a full board up the windows and doors to prevent people from entering. Other properties we will set up cameras to monitor the activity on the property. Some properties we only have to change the locks and do walk throughs from time to time. Whichever the obstacles are with your estate, we are prepared to protect the home.
When it is time to list the property for sale we will set up access with State of the Art Lockboxes and Monitoring to know who is entering the property and when.
